The Strouden Park Community Centre in Bournemouth offers three rooms for hire; The Avery Room, The Vanguard Room and The Haddon Room. The Vanguard and Haddon rooms can usually be rented as a combined space, but are also available individually depending on the type of activity.   Please click on the light blue button below to download the Room Hire Rates – Effective from 1st September 2025 or the dark blue button below to download the Room Hire Rates – Effective from 7th September 2026.   Children’s parties are only allowed for ages 10 and under; adult parties are not permitted. We have detailed terms and conditions for anyone renting a room, which can be downloaded by clicking on the gold button below.   **Note about Room Capacity** If your event includes any chairs (fully seated or mixed seated/standing), the maximum number of people allowed in the room is the theatre‑style seated capacity. The higher standing capacity applies only to standing‑only events with no chairs set out.
