How Our Website Redesign Is Helping Us Connect With You.
Over the past few months, we’ve been working behind the scenes on something we’re really excited to share: a complete redesign of the Strouden Park Community Centre website. Thanks to the brilliant team at Designosaur, our online home now feels brighter, clearer, and much more welcoming—just like the Centre itself.
Why We Needed a New Website
As our community has grown, so have the ways people want to connect with us. More residents are looking online for information about classes, room hire, events, volunteering, and ways to support the Centre. Our old website had served us well, but it was time for something more accessible, more user‑friendly, and more reflective of the energy and diversity of Strouden Park.
We wanted a site that:
- makes it easier to find what’s on
- works beautifully on phones and tablets
- gives local groups and hirers the information they need quickly
- showcases the Centre’s activities and impact
- helps new visitors feel welcome from the moment they land on the page

We’ll continue adding new features and content over the coming months, including more blogs, photos, and updates from the groups who use the Centre. We’re also setting up new ways to support the Centre online, including PayPal donations and standing order options.
