Strouden Park Community Centre is delighted to announce that we have been awarded £4,000 from Talbot Village Trust to carry out urgent repairs to our automatic front doors.
This generous grant will allow us to complete essential work that will improve safety, accessibility and comfort for everyone who uses the Centre. The automatic doors are a vital part of ensuring that our building remains welcoming and fully accessible to all members of our community, including older residents, families with young children, and visitors with mobility needs.
Work is scheduled to begin in mid‑May, and we will keep our community updated as the project progresses.
We are deeply grateful to Talbot Village Trust for recognising the importance of this project and for supporting the Centre’s ongoing commitment to providing a safe, inclusive and well‑maintained space for local residents. Their continued investment in community facilities across the area makes a meaningful difference to many lives, and we are proud to be one of the organisations they have chosen to support.
